Operation Malicious Mortgage – Matthew Tannin, Ralph Cioffi Arrested
I am seriously impressed with the FBI and the Justice Department right now. Operation Malicious Mortgage is a major sting effort that has led to the arrest of hundreds of people related to the sub-prime mortgage crisis we are seeing all over this country including ex-Bear Stearns Hedge Fund managers Matthew Tannin and Ralph Cioffi.

Justin Hicks finished his round at 3-under, the first golfer to get in the US Open clubhouse at that number. Who the heck is Justin Hicks? Doesn’t it seem like there’s a Justin Hicks on the first-day leaderboard every year at the US Open? Here’s the Web site of PGA professional instructor Justin Hicks, your US Open leader as we approach the halfway mark on the day. Crane Accident at New Dallas Cowboys Stadium
A crane came loose from its base and caused a collapse at the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium that is under contruction in Texas. This would be the latest in a string of crane collapses happening around the country. News is still coming in on this incident so stay posted for ore info as it becomes available.
According to the Dallas News:
Three people were injured Thursday afternoon after a crane accident at the new Cowboys stadium construction site in Arlington.
The three were transported to local hospitals. The accident was reported about 2 p.m.
No more details were immediately available.
The accident comes a day after a construction worker killed in Dallas when a hook snapped off a crane at a construction project behind the Stoneleigh Hotel.
Omar Wray, 37, of Irving, was killed at a construction site on Maple Avenue in Dallas when he was struck by the crane’s hook. He was employed by TXI of Dallas.
The incident occurred after Mr. Wray and a co-worker had dumped cement into a bucket that was attached to a crane to be moved, said Maurice Osborn, a TXI spokesman. “They had completed that process and the drivers were preparing the truck to leave the site.”
More news to come soon so stay tuned.
BlinkWeb Update from Brad Callen – Good Stuff
Brad Callen from Blinkweb.com took time to stop by the Business Dreams blog and make a comment about the Blinkweb:
Hey guys, just wanted to pop in to answer a couple quick questions. 1. There will be 2 main “areas” of Blinkweb. There is http://business.blinkweb.com which was designed with the “typical” internet marketer in mind. It includes lots of direct marketing/long form salesletter style templates, as well as a bunch of more regular templates. It also includes lots of IM’er features. Then there is the main website at http://www.blinkweb.com , which is more geared for the every day person. The person that isn’t into making money from a website, but someone that just wants a nice looking website that they can show their friends and family. We’ll be working on BOTH aspects of Blinkweb on an ongoing basis, so there’s much much more to come. Thanks for taking time out of your busy days to watch our video!

This is going to be an exciting product in my opinion. I also read in the last email that was sent out by Matt Callen that the BlinkWeb software may even be Free. I am guessing the basic version will be free and the business version will have costs but at this time I do not know that for sure.
We’re super-excited about this, so I hope you like it!
The video at the link above will explain more, but essentially we’ve developed THE easiest website creation service that you’ll find online, and it’s completely free.
Yeah, I know, others have promised this and we all know that ALL of the options out there are still WAY too complicated and techie.
Matt goes on to say:
While developing BlinkWeb, we did our very best to keep both the beginner and expert designer in mind. With that being said, we asked some of our closest OFFLINE friends like our wives, family members, and others to create their own websites with BlinkWeb.
Why did we ask them?
Because we’ve been trying to get them to do this “online marketing” thing for a very long time. And they’ve NEVER, ever been able to create a website before. It was always too complicated for them with Dreamweaver, FrontPage, and all of the other bulky page building tools the experts use.
They’re at the bottom of the bottom when it comes to knowing how to create their own website. They can check their email and surf the internet… but that’s about it. They’re absolute beginners.
So when developing BlinkWeb, we wanted to first cater to beginners and make sure that anyone… and I mean ANYONE could create a website with BlinkWeb. Now, our friends have no problem making a website.
All you need to know how to do in order to build your own site, internet marketing salesletter, or blog is point and click your mouse.
Pretty exciting stuff. I know several people right off the top of my head that would love a product like Blinkweb. Again, the BlinkWeb.com website will be coming very soon so keep your eyes peeled for more info as we find out more from Brad and Matt Callen. Subscribe to my feed to be notified of any news we post.
BlinkWeb Drag and Drop Web Design by Brad Callen
I’ve seen many semi-automated web design software products, but none like BlinkWeb. I read another post about the newBlinkweb Demo Video Review and so I went to check out the Blinkweb video for myself. Blink Web looks like a pretty cool website creation application if you ask me. Brad and Matt Callen must have designed Blinkweb specifically with Internet Marketers in mind. It has various drag and drop elements like headline, testimonial boxes, order buttons and many others that can just be plugged into a webpage right within Blinkweb.
