About us

Noovy is a fast growing technology company in the hospitality industry. We built an all-in-one cloud-based system which is used by hotels all over the world. We have offices in Ireland, Netherlands and Israel.

Our team consists of the brightest minds in hospitality and technology who work day and night to give independent hotels an unfair advantage. With most of us having a hospitality background ourselves, we hope to become the most loved technology partner for hotels around the world.

 

The position

  • Research and identify prospective clients (independent hotels) and sell Noovy by calling, emailing and through LinkedIn.
  • Solution-focused selling through being efficient and creative in explaining the functionalities and added value of our tool to (potential) clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities for the business and communicate this within the team.
  • Help companies that subscribed to our tool with the launch of their account.
  • Attend fairs and events to promote Noovy. Later, you’ll follow up with companies you met there.
  • Gather feedback from potential clients to improve our product with new features.

We use both individual and team targets. Teamwork is important at Noovy and we encourage knowledge sharing within the team. Our KPI is our monthly recurring revenue, which can quickly rise! Our sales cycles vary from one day to a year, but the average lays around a few weeks. Some quick success moments, but it can also be rewarding when you’ve worked on an enterprise-level client for months.

What we are looking for

  • One to three years experience in selling a SaaS product. Bonus points if you have hospitality experience.
  • You like networking and love travelling.
  • Buckets of confidence using digital tools.
  • A can-do, give-me-a-problem-and-I’ll-solve-it spirit.
  • You can work individually but you also like cooperating with your team.
  • With your proactive and positive attitude, you will bring even more energy into the sales team.
  • You are fluent in English and one preferably another language.
  • You’re available full time and you live in Ireland, or you’re willing to relocate.
