From Rundown House to Boutique Hotel: Eric and Michael’s Journey with Senglea Suites and Noovy

The renovation was a labor of love, spanning three and a half years, but the result is a testament to their dedication and vision.

Transitioning from an Airbnb model to a full-fledged hotel presented its own set of challenges. Managing staff, daily room cleaning, and providing breakfast were new hurdles to overcome. However, Eric wouldn’t have it any other way. “If you like people and provide them with good service, there’s no reason it won’t work,” he shares, highlighting the heart of their hospitality philosophy.

As they embarked on this new venture, Eric and Michael faced a crucial decision: choosing a property management system (PMS). With a plethora of options available, they sought a solution that would be both cost-effective and tailored to the needs of their small hotel. Noovy emerged as the perfect fit.
